What I offer today was not born merely from studying books or collecting knowledge. It became a calling for me — deeply personal, almost sacred. It was born through lived experience. Through those places where life opens a woman and invites her to meet herself beyond the reality as we usually know it.

There was a time when I believed that if I learned enough, prepared enough, listened to those who “knew better,” and did everything “correctly,” "as advised" by those with authority, I would be able to influence the outcome.
But life led me into an entirely different space — one where the mind gradually softens, and the body begins speaking in a language that cannot be controlled.
My first pregnancy ended with the death of my baby during the fourth month of pregnancy. Within that experience, I chose to follow the call of my body — to trust it even in the presence of fear. It was there that a deeper remembering began: remembrance of intuition, feminine nature, and the innate wisdom that lives within the female body.
At the same time, I was fortunate to work closely with Natalia Murashova, whose vision of feminine development and inner work deeply influenced the way I now hold space for other women.
My second journey into motherhood unfolded in a way that challenged everything I believed I already understood.
What I had imagined as a fully sovereign experience became a confrontation with imposed guilt, outside influence, gaslighting, and all the subtle ways a woman can gradually abandon herself, lose connection to her inner knowing, and begin following external authority instead of her own truth.
Only with time did I begin to understand how deeply birth leaves its imprint within a woman — not only as a story, but as a living imprint held within her womb, body, emotional landscape, and energetic field. Through grief, reflection, and a long process of inner softening, I came into an entirely different relationship with my experience. Not through trying to fix or rewrite it, but through learning to witness it, allow it, integrate it, grow through it, and ultimately learn how to stop betraying myself and my true nature.
Along this path, I also allowed myself to be supported in this remembering. I read, listened to, and absorbed the lived experiences of other women. The voices of Emilee Saldaya, Jane Hardwicke Collings, Nancy Lucina, Kristin Hauser, and Sister MorningStar especially touched me deeply — women whose stories helped awaken the knowing that had already been living within me.
Alongside this journey, I returned to a deeper study of Bach Flower Essences, which had profoundly supported me during my first initiation into motherhood — an initiation through death. Today, I practice as a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner. You can find me on Bach Center Register.Enter my surname Kuznetsova into "Enter name" field.
For me, Bach Flower Essences became not simply a method, but a subtle language — a language that gently helps restore emotional equilibrium.
I have also studied various additional approaches that support the wisdom of the female body, many of which I share through my courses and educational offerings. In addition, I trained in aromatherapy and cosmetic creation. While I do not offer individual aromatherapy consultations, I create my own cyclical skincare and haircare products designed to honor the changing needs and rhythms of the female body. Products are available for shipping within the United States through my website: The Woman Within Collection.
