Every birth story, pregnancy loss, stillbirth, and life transition deserves to be heard, witnessed, honored, and gently integrated into your journey.
Birth and pregnancy loss often leave behind memories, questions, emotions, and experiences that a woman finds herself returning to again and again. For some, this period lasts only days; for others, it can extend for years. Today, emotional struggles in the postpartum period have become increasingly common. Many women find themselves navigating feelings of grief, sadness, isolation, or overwhelm after birth or death, yet often receive little opportunity to fully process and integrate these experiences.
Many women are left with a feeling that something important was never spoken aloud, never truly heard by those they shared it with, or was dismissed and minimized altogether. Sometimes there is a deep longing to tell one's story to someone who can genuinely listen without judgment, gaslighting, unsolicited advice, or attempts to explain what a woman should or should not feel.
Most women are served a strange-tasting dish called, “At least everything turned out okay in the end.” This is a very low standard: survival. As though a woman's experience does not matter at all. And if we are willing to honestly look at what is often done to women during birth, pregnancy loss, and the postpartum period, it can seem that their experience truly does not matter. As long as everyone survives, the rest is expected to be forgotten.
Every birth story—and every story of death and loss—leaves its mark in the memory of a woman's body and womb. Every story deserves to be heard exactly as it is held within her: not as others remember it, explain it, or interpret it, but as it lives in her body, her heart, and her memory.
When Death Stands Beside Birth
Sometimes the story is not only about birth.
Sometimes death stands beside birth.
The death of a baby during pregnancy, regardless of gestational age. Death during birth, shortly after birth, or in the first days of life. Unfulfilled expectations. Unsuccessful IVF journeys. The loss of who you once were. Sometimes death arrives literally, and sometimes symbolically, but both deserve acknowledgment and a place within our story.
* Потеря беременности, как это принято называть, потому что так должно быть не сильно больно. У меня есть на эту тему статья «Плодное Яйцо» или почему мы соглашаемся на обезличивание.

A rare opportunity

In our culture, there are surprisingly few spaces where a woman is simply invited to tell her story. Not so it can be analyzed. Not so her feelings can be corrected. Not so she can be persuaded to see what happened differently.
Simply to tell it.
The Power of a Story Told
I understand the value of such a space not only as someone who accompanies women, but also as a woman who once needed this kind of witnessing for her own story. It was then that I realized how rare and precious it is to be in the presence of someone who can gently listen to what has been living within us for months—or even years.
This offering was born from a deep respect for the power of a story told.
During our time together, you are invited to share your story exactly as it lives within you today—with all its feelings, questions, doubts, discoveries, joy, grief, love, or anger.
A Space for Your Truth
There is no right version of events here.
There is no need to defend your decisions.
No need to justify yourself.
No need to be “good,” “strong,” or “grateful.”
There is only space for your truth.
My role is to be an attentive witness to your story, to reflect back what I hear, and to create a safe space where you may see your story more fully and perhaps discover new meaning and understanding within it.
It does not matter whether it happened recently or many years ago.
Some stories wait decades for their witness.
What to Expect
This is a private one-on-one online session lasting approximately two hours via Zoom.
You are welcome to share your story at whatever pace and in whatever depth feels right for you.
If it feels supportive, we may also select a personalized Bach Flower Essence blend to offer gentle emotional support as you continue to process, unravel, and make sense of your experience.
If, after our first meeting, you feel called to continue working together, we can explore what form of ongoing support may best serve you.
Your Story Matters
Your story matters
Your experience matters.
Both birth and death deserve to be seen, heard, witnessed, and honored.
