Cyclical Wisdom for Coming-of-Age Girls

Every girl deserves to enter her womanhood and experience Menarche not through fear, shame, or confusion, but through understanding and respect for her body.

Cyclical Wisdom for Girls is a gentle introduction to the four inner seasons and rhythms that will accompany her throughout her life.

A Journey Through the Four Inner Seasons of Womanhood

An individual program for girls approaching Menarche or in the first years following the beginning of their menstrual cycles.

Most girls learn about menstruation as a biological process that is often described as an inconvenience, a nuisance, or a problem that simply has to be managed. Far less often are they taught that the female body lives according to a natural rhythm that moves through four inner seasons each month.

Just as nature moves through spring, summer, autumn, and winter, a woman experiences these seasons within herself throughout each menstrual cycle.

Understanding these rhythms helps a girl get to know herself more deeply, learn to trust her body, understand her emotions, and see changes in mood and energy not as problems, but as a natural part of who she is.

Menarche is not simply the beginning of menstruation. It is one of the important transitions in a woman's life. A girl's first experience of her cyclical nature often becomes the foundation for her future relationship with her body, her femininity, and her inner wisdom.

Over the course of four weeks, we will explore each of the inner seasons, their unique qualities, gifts, and needs.

Session 1: Spring

A Time of Growth, Curiosity, and New Beginnings

After the quiet rest of winter, nature gradually awakens.

The same process takes place within the female cycle.

During this session, we will explore:

* the cyclical nature of women,

* the connection between the menstrual cycle and the seasons of nature,

* curiosity and openness to new experiences,

* keeping a personal cycle journal.

Together we will begin building a foundation for understanding how energy, emotions, and well-being shift throughout the month.

Session 2: Summer

A Time of Energy, Connection, and Expression

Summer is the season of greatest activity and openness to the world.

During this session, we will explore:

* the qualities of the summer season within the cycle,

* the female body and menstrual cycle,

* the basics of understanding ovulation,

* recognizing personal strengths and gifts.

We will talk about how to stay connected to ourselves even when our energy is naturally directed outward.

Session 3: Autumn

A Time of Reflection and Inner Honesty

Autumn invites us to slow down and listen more deeply to ourselves.

During this session, we will explore:

* changes in energy and mood,

* understanding emotions and feelings,

* personal boundaries,

* recognizing what feels right and what does not,

* self-care,

* honoring our own needs.

We will learn to see emotions not as problems, but as valuable messages from our inner world.

Session 4: Winter

A Time of Rest, Stillness, and Renewal

Winter is a season of rest and restoration.

It is the season that corresponds with menstruation and reminds us of the importance of slowing down and replenishing ourselves.

During this session, we will explore:

* menstruation as a natural part of the female cycle,

* the need for rest and restoration,

* ways to care for ourselves during bleeding,

* inner stillness and the ability to listen to ourselves,

* simple rituals for support and self-reflection,

* integrating everything learned throughout the program.

Together we will complete our journey through the four seasons and create a foundation for a lifelong relationship with cyclical living.

This program is not medical education or medical care.

It is an invitation to get to know the body through trust, understanding, and respect for its natural wisdom.

It is an opportunity to build a healthy relationship with cyclical living before outside messages, fear, or shame have the chance to fill that space.

Understanding one's inner seasons may become one of the most valuable gifts a girl receives at the beginning of her journey into womanhood—a gift that can remain with her for years to come and help her return to herself again and again.
