Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By booking, purchasing, participating in, or using consultations, ceremonies, educational programs, online sessions, circles, retreats, Zoom consultations, website materials, social media content, written materials, or any other services and offerings provided through Back to the Woman Within (\u0412\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043a \u0416\u0435\u043d\u0449\u0438\u043d\u0435), the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"display:none\"><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"display:none\"><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"display:none\"><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong><span style=\"display:none\"><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"display:none\"><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>II. NATURE AND LIMITATIONS OF SERVICES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>2.1. Educational, Spiritual &amp; Supportive Nature of Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All services provided by Tatiana Kuznetsova \/ Back to the Woman Within (\u0412\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043a \u0416\u0435\u043d\u0449\u0438\u043d\u0435) are intended solely for educational, informational, spiritual, emotional-supportive, and consultative purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services may include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bach Flower Essence consultations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>women\u2019s cyclical guidance,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guidance through feminine rites of passage (including menarche, motherhood, and biological menopause),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>birth and loss story witnessing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>educational materials regarding women\u2019s health, cyclical living, embodiment, and traditional approaches, ceremonies, circles, retreats, and educational programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services provided are not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, midwifery services, or licensed healthcare services, and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>2.2. No Medical Advice<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tatiana Kuznetsova is not a licensed medical doctor and does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, prescriptions, psychotherapy, or medical advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing stated, written, shared, taught, published, or discussed through consultations, website materials, social media, ceremonies, courses, emails, educational programs, or other offerings should be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for professional healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All information shared is based on publicly available information, educational resources, traditional knowledge, philosophical perspectives, personal experience, and independent research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client remains fully responsible for all decisions related to their physical, mental, emotional, psychological, reproductive, and spiritual well-being, as well as lifestyle choices, and agrees to seek appropriate licensed medical or mental health care when needed.\nServices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>2.3. Bach Flower Essence Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bach Flower Essences are intended solely as complementary emotional support tools and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.\nStatements regarding Bach Flower Essences have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>2.4. No Professional Client Relationship<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in consultations, educational programs, ceremonies, circles, retreats, or other services does not establish a doctor-patient, psychotherapist-client, therapist-client, midwife-client, or any other licensed professional healthcare relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>III. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY &amp; CLIENT CONSENT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.1. Personal Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By participating in services, the client acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for their physical, mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual state and well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client understands that no specific results, improvements, healing outcomes, or transformations are guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client voluntarily accepts full responsibility for any decisions, actions, interpretations, experiences, or consequences arising from participation in consultations, ceremonies, educational programs, retreats, circles, online sessions, or the use of information provided through Back to the Woman Within (\u0412\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043a \u0416\u0435\u043d\u0449\u0438\u043d\u0435).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>3.2. Emotional &amp; Sensitive Topics<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services may involve emotionally sensitive topics, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pregnancy and birth experiences,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pregnancy or infant loss,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grief and mourning,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>traumatic experiences,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>femininity and embodiment,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>relationships,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>menstrual cycles,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fertility,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>menopause,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personal emotional experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client understands that participation in services may involve emotional discomfort, emotional release, personal reflection, or unexpected emotional responses during or after sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the client experiences severe psychological distress, psychiatric crisis, suicidal thoughts, or requires medical or mental health support, the client agrees to seek immediate assistance from an appropriately licensed healthcare or mental health professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>3.3. Participation in Ceremonies, Circles, Retreats &amp; Events<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation in ceremonies, circles, retreats, educational events, online gatherings, and other offerings is entirely voluntary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client accepts full responsibility for their physical safety, emotional well-being, personal boundaries, and participation during both online and in-person events.\nThe client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in services and offerings provided through Back to the Woman Within (\u0412\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043a \u0416\u0435\u043d\u0449\u0438\u043d\u0435).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>3.4. Confirmation of Consent<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By booking consultations, participating in services, purchasing offerings, attending events, or using materials provided through Back to the Woman Within (\u0412\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043a \u0416\u0435\u043d\u0449\u0438\u043d\u0435), the client confirms that they:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>have read and understood this Agreement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accepts this Agreement,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voluntarily agree to participate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>understand the nature of the services provided and accept full personal responsibility for their decisions, well-being, and participation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. RELEASE &amp; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the client releases and discharges Tatiana Kuznetsova, Back to the Woman Within (\u0412\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043a \u0416\u0435\u043d\u0449\u0438\u043d\u0435), and any representatives, assistants, contractors, affiliates, or related parties from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, losses, injuries, emotional distress, psychological distress, costs, or consequences arising from participation in services or use of information provided.\nUnder no circumstances shall Tatiana Kuznetsova or Back to the Woman Within (\u0412\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043a \u0416\u0435\u043d\u0449\u0438\u043d\u0435) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, emotional, psychological, physical, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in services or use of information provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>V. PAYMENT, SERVICES &amp; CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>5.1. Service Fees &amp; Booking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Service fees are listed on the website, booking page, or otherwise communicated prior to payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment for services constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Services are considered booked once payment or booking confirmation has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>5.2. Online Consultations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online consultations are conducted through Zoom or other online platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and properly functioning equipment, software, audio, and video prior to the session.\nBack to the Woman Within (\u0412\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043a \u0416\u0435\u043d\u0449\u0438\u043d\u0435) is not responsible for technical difficulties arising from the client\u2019s equipment, internet connection, or software issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>5.3. Digital Products &amp; Non-Refundable Materials<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are not provided for purchased digital materials, including recordings, downloadable materials, documents, or other digital products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>5.4. Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation of a consultation or service more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time qualifies for a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time qualify for a 50% refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or no-shows without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>5.5. Rescheduling<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rescheduling may be permitted upon mutual agreement and subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exceptions due to emergency circumstances may be considered individually at the discretion of Tatiana Kuznetsova \/ Back to the Woman Within (\u0412\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043a \u0416\u0435\u043d\u0449\u0438\u043d\u0435).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>VI. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tatiana Kuznetsova \/ Back to the Woman Within (\u0412\u043e\u0437\u0432\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0435\u043d\u0438\u0435 \u043a \u0416\u0435\u043d\u0449\u0438\u043d\u0435) reserves the right to refuse services at any time and without explanation in cases involving inappropriate behavior, violation of personal boundaries, harassment, aggression, disrespectful communication, or circumstances that may compromise the safety or integrity of the consultation, ceremony, event, or working relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>VII. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>7.1. Applicable Law<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><strong>7.2.
